I left the Air Force in 1975 after working on Victors, Vulcans, Lightnings, Hercules and joined International Computers Ltd (ICL) before it finally changed into what we now know as Fujitsu. I am still working and am an Operations Manager currently based in Bristol. I have in the last few years had a kidney removed due to Cancer, and have just had a total knee replacement. I can be found most weekends in muddy fields where I am acting as Clerk of the Course for Enduros and Moto Cross. I still ride a Road Bike but not as I used to!
Stayed in the airforce until 1989. Left as Sqn Ldr having been flying since 1968. Left for South Africa 1980. Served in Navy reserve for three years, P.O. in command of small patrol boat (great fishing). Returned to UK 1986. Been running own software company since then. Married and divorced three times. Current partner for three years. I have three children and four grand-daughters. Wish I could turn the clock back to 1962, and do it again, but differently.
